Thrive Team Training (T3) Membership offers personal training in a small group by giving you access to unlimited Team Training sessions. T3 utilizes the TRX training system as a base for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) led by one of our certified personal trainers. You get one half-hour one-on-one personal training session with a trainer every month along with special pricing on additional training sessions. 

The T3 membership amenities include: 24-hour access, unlimited access to group fitness classes, and towel service. Also, open access to all fitness equipment, access to all participating Thrive locations, and four Free Guest Passes per month. Free Guest Passes are valid for use with first time guest to Thrive only. The same guest may not use a Free Guest Pass more than once unless authorized by the local Thrive Management. Additional services such as, personal training, bootcamps, etc. available at additional cost.

The Choice 24/7 Access membership gives you 24 Hour Access to Thrive Lacey along with access to Free Guest Passes for your friends, unlimited access to Group Fitness Classes and open access to all participating Thrive locations!  View details below for restrictions and exclusions.

Thrive Choice Membership Definition: Open access to all fitness equipment and designated Group Fitness classes during all hours of operation. Free Guest Passes are valid for use with first time guest to Thrive only.  The same guest may not use a Free Guest Pass more than once unless authorized by the local Thrive Management.  Limit 4 Free Guest Passes per month.  All free guest passes expire at end of each month; no cash value for unused guest passes.  Access is open to all participating Thrive locations.
