1. Protein Parfait
Ingredients:
6oz Greek Yogurt, any flavor
1 scoop of protein powder, any flavor
1/4 Cup of granola
Fresh fruit
How to make: Mix yogurt and protein powder together in bowl top with granola and fresh fruit! Enjoy!
2. Peanut Butter Protein Bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
1/2 Tbsp of peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup of water (more depending on thickness)
1/4 cup of granola
Fresh banana's and strawberries
How to make: In a blender mix together frozen fruit, water, protein powder and peanut butter. Blend until smooth. Place mixture into bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit! Enjoy!
3. Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
3 Egg Whites
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Stevia Packet
How to Make: Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl. Lightly spray skillet and heat to med/high. Pour batter into four rounds in the pan. Let cook about 10-20 seconds on each side. Top with greek yogurt, honey, dark chocolate, or fresh fruit.

4. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Ingredients:
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup nut butter (almond butter or peanut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
1/4 cup chocolate chip
How to make: Mix together protein powder and almond meal in a medium bowl. Add in nut butter and syrup, mix together until the consistency is similar to cookie dough. Lastly, mix in chocolate chips until evenly mixed. Using a tablespoon roll into small bowls let sit. Enjoy!
5. Hight Protein Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup almond or cashew milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup grinned oatmeal
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 1/2 cup of frozen or freeze dried blueberries
How to make: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine milk and vinegar, stir and set aside. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Create a hole in the middle of the bowl and add the wet ingredients, except for the berries, lightly mix. Fold in berries. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Using a tablespoon fill each muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake 22-25 minutes.
